Mathilde Nivet is a french paper design illustrator who was born in 1983 in Bourges and lives and works in Paris. Nivet was a graduate of the Ecole Supérieure des Arts Duperré (Paris) in textile design. I really like the detail she puts into her paper cutting, and I also like how in some of her designs she uses quotes from people E.g Leonard De Vinci and Jacques Dutrong.
My Paper Cutting:
Even though I did not enjoy the task of paper cutting I do like how my design has turned out. I feel that I could of improved this by putting abit more detail into each letter by including bridges to make a pattern on each letter.
