This artist name is Natsuki Otani, she is a Tokyo born illustrator working in England. She focuses on using vibrant bright colours and complexity in her illustration and typography. I really like how Otani blends the watercolour using bright colours, I also really like how she keeps the watercolour nice and neat to form different types of font.
